Questions
Do our members need to create accounts?
No. They open the club's link and they are in: RSVP, live scores, results and the season table. Player Passport is separate and optional, and a player signs in there as themselves.
Does anyone need to download an app?
No. It runs in the browser on any phone and installs to the home screen if you want it there. Pilot clubs can also have the iOS app through TestFlight.
Which formats are supported?
Stableford, Stroke, Par and Quota, plus 4BBB, scramble, match play and Ryder Cup for team days, with skins or Nines riding on top. Grades can split any of them by handicap band.
How are handicaps handled?
They recalculate from completed rounds using the WHS method: differentials against slope and rating, best 8 of 20 once there is enough history. An organiser can hand-set any member and it stays put.
Can we bring our history across?
Yes. Past results import from a CSV with a preview before anything is written. Imported rounds count as rounds played and are kept out of handicap calculations, because they carry no hole-by-hole data.
What does it cost, and can we leave?
The first month is free with every feature on. After that it is A$200 per club per year, one annual payment, no monthly option, unlimited members and no per-player fee. Your data exports as JSON whenever you like.
