Start with your organiser
For RSVP changes, member details, handicaps, event setup, scorer access or club rules, contact your club organiser. The organiser controls the club's information and can usually resolve these requests directly.
Fairway Plus is currently a founding-player pilot with no public checkout. A player who wants access should ask their Fairway Social club organiser to raise it through the club's existing private pilot channel.
For Player Passport sign-in, private rounds, shot capture, bag or handicap provenance, start at your individual Passport. Profile/Settings provides personal JSON export, individual deletion, club unlink and typed account-deletion controls. Unlinking does not delete club-owned history. Account deletion removes the email identity, personal records, sessions/tokens, entitlement history and named account-based club roles while preserving club-owned history. Foreground browser location starts only while the page is open after explicit Start; denial never blocks manual coordinates. Provider imports remain unavailable unless the connection card explicitly says the authorised adapter is configured.
Fairway Social operator support
Fairway Social is the operator of this pilot. Organisers should use the existing private pilot channel established during onboarding for data export, correction or deletion, founding-club billing, cancellation, refunds, security concerns and technical faults. Include your club name, the affected screen, what you expected, and when the issue occurred.
This page does not provide a public support email or form. Members should contact their club organiser; organisers already in the pilot should use their private channel.
Urgent access issue
If a member link or scorer code has been exposed, an authorised organiser should rotate it immediately in Club Settings. Do not include organiser PINs, share links, scorer codes or member personal information in screenshots or general messages.
