Club links still require no accounts and no passwords. Passport is the separate passwordless individual identity described below.
Players: your Passport
Player Passport is your private individual home. Sign in once with an emailed link; you do not need to choose or join a club first. After signing in, matching roster profiles from any Fairway Social club can be linked to the same Passport.
Private rounds stay personal. Associating one with a club only adds a label inside Passport; it does not publish the round, enter a competition, award points, expose notes/GPS or make the round appear in normal club API/UI in this beta. A Passport account does not grant organiser, scorer or RSVP authority.
Members: your club link
Your organiser sends one link and that is your way in — no sign-up and no password. Your phone remembers it after the first visit, so from then on the club page just opens.
Lost the link? Ask your organiser to send it again, or find your club below if you have opened it on this device before.
Organisers: your PIN
Open your club, tap the profile chip in the sidebar, and enter the organiser PIN you chose when the club was created. That unlocks fixtures, the roster, settings and season rules on that device.
Clubs running named co-organisers can instead have people sign in as themselves through the Player Passport, which keeps the audit trail attached to a person rather than to a shared secret.
Scorers: a code for one round
An organiser can issue a code for a single round so a nominated scorer can enter that round's scores without holding the organiser PIN. The code works for that fixture only, and rotating it takes effect immediately.
